“The Mourning Dance” composed by Alireza Motevaseli has awarded by the 39th edition of FAJR International Music festival at VAHDAT Hall on Feb 17th 2024, The piece has been proudly premiered formerly by South Dakota Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Maestro Delta David Gier. Additionally, it’s been performed once again by the faculty members during 19th Crescendo music Festival which has held in Hungary.
In 2013, He won the 1st prize of this music festival for his composition and now this is the second time he wins the grand prize and selected among the other Persian composers.
Alireza Motevaeli won the BARBAD Award for the 2nd Time after 11 years.
